Great Model
Today I received my egathron model. Opened it with great expectation and was not disappointed. It is heavier, larger, more solid and more detailed than what I expected. Great display piece! Would have given it 5 stars if it had a shinier, more metallic finish like shown on the picture. Great ship and great model, good quality craftsmanship. If you love the megathron get this model, you won’t be disappointed. |

Sweet
Well, not much of a fan of the Mega in game, but this model, is smooth as sin!
The paint is smooth with no issues, very good render of whats in game. Well worth the purchase for any Mega lover out there!
I would love to see a Rokh come out sometime! |

Excellent Replica
I've just purchased this ship model recently, and I have to say it's of very good quality. Well I could've given it a full 5 star rating, but because the finishing wasn't as metallic as I thought it would be, judging from the pictures as shown here, I was... Well.. Slightly disappointed. But however! It is a damn fine piece of art. It's solid, well-balanced in weight, and looks damn awesome in a well-lighted show-case.
I'll just hope there might be a metallic-finish version of this model coming out in the future. Though I surmise the cost-factor of the weight might be of an issue. ^_^

Not what it seems
I first ordered this model as soon as it was available, and judging by the pictures I thought it was going to be a very nice piece of kit to prop up on my desk.
They (I bought a Mega and Tempest) are not nearly as detailed as they look in the photo's, the finishes on the models are very dull and not 'shiny' in appearance as they look above.
These feel more like toys (and are mainly plastic) than models. As much as I think they do look pretty cool the asking price is not justifiable, and I'm a *huge* fan boy, I have a lot of other eve merch which I love, but these were a let down. They don't even come in a nice case or anything to display them with.
Would be a worthwhile buy at half the price. |

Gallente Megathron BS Model
I atlast received my Gallente Megathron BS model today and immediatly opened it up to check it was intact. I must admit its an impressive model to look at visually but was a little bit disappointed with the paintwork, its a little faded in places and can see some brush marks. They definately need to improve this for the price they ask of the models. |
